2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian's permission.

3) The Service

InFashi provides AI-powered virtual try-on features that may include generating or editing images based on user-provided photos and selected items (e.g., outfits, jewelry, hairstyles, bags). Outputs are generated by machine learning and may be inaccurate or differ from real-world appearance.

4) Accounts

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity under your account
• ensuring the information you provide is accurate

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5) Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

InFashi offers paid subscriptions, currently including:

• Weekly Plan: $5.99/week
• Monthly Plan: $11.99/month

If you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is completed.

6) Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the payment provider's customer portal (if available). Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, you may keep access until the end of the current billing period.

7) Refunds

Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy and are part of these Terms.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have rights/permission to use
• upload illegal, hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• upload sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, exploit, or interfere with the Service
• use the Service to impersonate someone or violate privacy
• use the Service for unlawful purposes

We may remove content and suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9) User content & permissions

You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to:

• provide the Service (generate outputs, store your gallery)
• prevent fraud/abuse and maintain security
• comply with legal obligations

You confirm you have the right to upload and process User Content, including having consent from any person appearing in your photos.

10) Output content & limitations

AI-generated results ("Outputs") are provided "as is". You understand:

• Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or error-free
• fit, body shape, item placement, and lighting may be imperfect
• some items may not render as expected

11) Intellectual property

The Service, website, branding, and software are owned by InFashi or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without permission.

12) Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., on the website).

13) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InFashi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum allowed by law).

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold InFashi harmless from claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

16) Governing law
