Refund Policy

1) Plans and billing

InFashi subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled:

  • Weekly Plan: $5.99/week
  • Monthly Plan: $11.99/month

2) All sales are final

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • unused time in a billing period
  • forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or personal preference
  • compatibility issues caused by your device, internet, or unsupported browser

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation affects future charges and does not refund the current billing period.

3) Limited exceptions (billing errors / unauthorized charges / legal requirements)

We may issue a refund only in these limited cases:

  • Duplicate charges (you were charged more than once for the same period)
  • Billing errors (charged after a successful cancellation due to our mistake)
  • Unauthorized transactions (fraud/unauthorized payment confirmed)
  • Where required by applicable law

4) How to report a billing problem

If you believe you qualify under the limited exceptions above, submit a request using the contact method provided on our website and include:

  • the email used for your InFashi account
  • the charge date and amount (or invoice/transaction reference)
  • a brief description of the issue

Requests should be submitted within 48 hours of the charge whenever possible.

5) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account to prevent abuse while we investigate. We'll still review legitimate issues and resolve billing errors where applicable.

6) Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
