Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. We may receive limited billing data such as subscription status, plan, and transaction/subscription IDs.

d) Usage and device data

• IP address, device type, browser, app version
• Log and diagnostic data for security and debugging
• Basic usage analytics (e.g., which features are used)

We use your information to:

• provide and maintain the Service (including generating Outputs)
• manage subscriptions and premium access

• communicate important updates about the Service

• Payment providers (to process subscriptions and manage billing)
• Hosting/infra providers (to run the Service securely)

We do not sell your personal information.

4) AI processing

To provide virtual try-on, we process your uploaded images using AI systems. Outputs are generated automatically. We do not use your photos for advertising.

Model training: We do not use your uploaded photos to train general-purpose AI models.

5) Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active so we can provide the Service.

When you delete your account from your Profile settings, we permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile, email and sign-in details, preferences, uploaded photos, and generated try-on results. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion via our contact page.

6) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

7) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile settings. You can also submit requests via our contact page.

8) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.

9) International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live depending on our providers. We take steps to protect data when transferred.
